CONDUIT EXCAVATION

This electrical conduit was unfortunately patched together with a makeshift duct tape joint after a previous excavation broke the conduit. It was then buried and forgotten for years, a concrete walkway was even built over top.When water found its way inside, the wires were damaged and were no longer functional!Triple R removed the concrete, excavated and repaired the conduit, then back-filled and prepared the area for new concrete.

HANDICAP ACCESIBLE BATHTUB AND SURROUND
Bathroom solutions
This project began with a one piece fiberglass tub and surround unit, the tub was cracking and leaking into the subfloor. After removal of that fiberglass unit, and replacement of old plumbing, I was able to make a few adjustments to the framing and install this new unit complete with grab bars which greatly reduced the risk of falling into or out of the tub.The client was thrilled with the end result and I hope I have the opportunity to help more individuals who need this form of handicap accessibility solution.
